Nepal

 

UNDP sponsored an in-country project, conducted in conjunction with Boston University School of Law. Two in-situ consultants worked with the Ministry of Justice, at UNDP's request, to design a program to strengthen Nepalese law to combat a "culture of corruption."

 

As part of the project, four people from Ministry of Justice completed the four-month Residence Program. A Nepalese provincial judge also joined the e-Learning course, Legislative Drafting for Democratic Social Change.
