Overview
In collaboration with in-country nationals, ICLAD equips lawmakers and civil society participants with a legislative drafting theory, grounded in problem solving methodology, which enables them to transform the institutions that perpetuate under-development and poor governance.

Programs
Our programs strengthen the national law making capacities that are essential to democratic governance and social transformation.
