HOW ICLAD CUSTOMIZES PROGRAMS TO OUR PARTNERS' NEEDS

With our partners, we follow five essential steps:
1. Planning and Assessment: We identify project goals, funding sources, and project length.
2. Program Design: We identify critical success factors and key performance indicators, draft a timeline and a budget, and target participants.
3. Implementation: We assist local partners in meeting their goals and in obtaining support for on-going programs.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation: We evaluate program implementation based on achievement of objectives and adherence to the timeline and budget. Continuous monitoring and project re-evaluation ensures that projects address changing needs.
5. Ongoing Support: We include our alumni in our Alumni Partnership Program, in collaborative research, and in information-exchange networks.
